Notice: ***Attention*** This is to inform all Fleet Leasing customers that notifications stating that billing statements were generated and ready to view, were emailed to customers erroneously from our VCSS test environment on March 25, 2024 at 6:45 PM EST. No action is required from customers. Customer statements from the production environment are scheduled to be generated on April 5, 2024. VCSS test environments have customer emails scrubbed prior to performing testing. However, testing was performed prior to scrubbing the emails from VCSS on March 25, 2024.Thank You
Notice: **** Attention **** Beginning February 2024 all access to VCSS will require multi factor authentication (MFA) utilizing Login.gov after which time user names and passwords will no longer be valid. Directions on transitioning your account will be sent to the email address associated with your account.Your email address must also match the email address used when creating your Login.gov account or if you already have a login.gov account an email address currently associated with it.Therefore in preparation for this switch; Please TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION to verify and update your account email in VCSS. Failure to update your email will result in your not getting future communications and a revocation of your VCSS access when MFA is fully enforced.Thank You
RWA: March 2024 RWA billing statements are now available to be viewed.
Notice: Effective April 1, 2022, all vendors doing business with GSA are required to have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number obtained from the System for Award Management (SAM). This replaces the previously required Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number.
Fleet Non-Federal Accounts: Interest, Penalty, and Administrative fees will be assessed on any outstanding statement 30 days from the collection due date. At 120 days delinquent, the statement will be referred to Treasury for collection. References: 31 U.S.C.3701-3719; Public Law 97-365, 96 STAT 1754 (Debt Collection Act of 1982), Public Law 104-134 (Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996).
OUTLEASE: Please note that rents (Outlease) are due in advance of the 1st of the month. Interest and penalties may be assessed in accordance with 31 U.S.C. § 3717. Repeated late payment may result in termination of the contract.
If your agency is currently not doing business with GSA as either a vendor or customer, please do not contact GSA to register in VCSS and do not attempt to log in.
